Dear colleagues and potential IBIC 2012 attendees,

I would like to remind you that the deadline for early registration for IBIC 2012 is approaching. Please be aware that due to KEK campus electrical maintenance work, the IBIC12 registration server will be inaccessible from August 14th to August 20th. The deadline is August 22, 2012 and today is already August 13. Note that the registration-page might become quite busy at last few days!

If you wish to make early registration (JPY 45,000), you will find all required information on our webpage at "Registration". Please note late registration fee is JPY 60,000. And don't delay your booking of a hotel. All necessary hotel and travel information for IBIC 2012 accommodation can be found on our web page at "Accommodation". The deadline for the recommended hotels is August 31, 2012.

We have approximately 203 abstracts submission. The program committee inspects the abstract and selects the contributed talks on the base of the submitted information. The submitting author will be contacted in August 2012, in case of a selection. All other will also receive a message with their paper code for their poster and paper submission until JACoW paper submission web page will open. Paper should be submitted by the deadline of Wednesday, September 26, 2012. You will find all information necessary for the submission in paper submission guideline, paper preparation, and paper code on our webpage.
