Industrial Exhibition at the 2012 International Beam Instrumentation Conference (IBIC2012)
The International Beam Instrumentation Conference (IBIC) is a new international conference series devoted to the development and uses of beam instrumentation for particle accelerators. It follows on from the North American BIW and European DIPAC conferences, and will rotate every year between Asia, Europe and the Americas.
The first such conference, IBIC2012, will be held in Tsukuba, Japan from October 1st to 4th, 2012. The IBIC2012 Industrial Exhibition gives companies a valuable opportunity to show their products and to have direct interaction with researchers and engineers from industry, universities, and both private and government laboratories who are involved in making and/or influencing purchasing decisions for their companies and institutions.
We expect an attendance of more than 200 scientists and engineers from all over the world.
The Industrial Exhibition will start on Monday, 1 October, and last until Wednesday, 3 October 2012.
The conference venue will be the Tsukuba International Congress Center in Tsukuba, Japan.
In order to facilitate interaction between conference attendees and exhibitors, the exhibition will be held continuously in the lobby area in front of the conference auditorium. Coffee breaks will also take place in the same area. The allocation of booths will be made on a “first come, first served" basis.
An abstract booklet will be distributed to conference participants, which will also include space for advertisements.

Exhibition setup time:

Booth size:
A booth is approximately 3 m wide, 2 m deep and 2.1 m tall. Booths will be separated by partitions with pin boards.
A booth has one desk, approximately 1.8 m long and 0.6 m wide.
Standard electricity service (AC 100V) and wireless access for internet will be provided.
Registration:
Resistration can be performed through this webpage from May 1, 2012 through August 15, 2012.
Registration fee for vendors:
220,000 yen.
This fee also includes conference registrations for two persons.
Exhibition space:
Exhibition space will be set up in the foyer of the "Convention Hall 300", indicated by the blue rectangle in the site map below.
