Registration

The registration desk at the venue will open as following schedule.
Sep. 30 (Sun) 17:00-20:00 at restaurant "ESPOIR", reception
Oct. 1 (Mon) 8:00-18:00 in front of Headquarters (301)
Oct. 2 (Tue) 8:00-18:00 in front of Headquarters (301)

It is highly recommended to send your registration information to the conference secretary (ibic12-secretary@ml.post.kek.jp) before you will visit the desk.

Early registration 45,000 JPY
Late registration (after Aug. 23) 60,000 JPY

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be provided in writing to ibic12-secretary@ml.post.kek.jp. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 1, 2012. This policy also applies to extra tickets for excursions and social functions.
