Special Meetings
Meeting rooms are available at the venue, to allow for dedicated meetings of collaboration groups and committees.
Three meeting rooms are available basically,Room403 (106m2), Room404 (78m2), from 9:00 to 20:30
A limited number of rooms are available for these meetings, and you can send request to ibic12-secretary@ml.post.kek.jp to make arrangements, providing the following information:
- Name of the organizer or combiner person, with email and phone number
- Topic for the meeting
- Estimated attendance
- Time and duration
While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all requests, we will do our best in order to help with your needs.
Any food or beverage arrangement, and the necessary A/V equipment that may be needed for the meetings fall under the responsibility of the organizers and any charge associated with these services will be billed to the organizer.
